Established in 1998, KPeople is a European management consultancy in the field of business improvement.

Based in the UK but operating throughout Europe, KPeople has developed a substantial reputation for supporting a wide range of organisation to introduce more effective and efficient ways of working.

Our approach makes the best possible use of the whole range of emerging technologies that are becoming available at an ever-increasing rate but which can lead organisations along expensive and unproductive paths.

Our philosophy is to identify where new technologies can help organisations to work better. We never allow the technologies to be the driver or try to fit working practices around them.

Since it was established KPeople has supported over 100 organisations in various business sectors to improve their performance in a wide variety of ways.

Whilst we have particular expertise in business development, financial services and most types of small and medium size enterprises (SMEs) we are increasingly often being asked to apply our skills and experience to a wider range of business sectors and types of organisation.

We have also worked extensively at Government level, especially within Italy, and have been heavily involved in the development and implementation of a number of national policy initiatives in the field of ICT strategy and Business Process Re-engineering.

Over the past three years we have completed four international R&D projects funded by the Commission in different areas (see details in the appropriate section of the present document). Nowadays are about to start work on new ones.

We also provide expert advice to the Commission in these areas both as evaluators of proposals for R&D funding and as reviewers of projects, which are in progress.

As a result of the contacts we have made through all these activities, we have now developed a substantial European client base and are currently working in France, Italy, Sweden, United Kingdom, Hungary and Poland.

We view each client relationship as a long term strategic partnership, and reflect this in flexible contractual arrangements.

For our consultancy services we can work for fixed fees payable for the production of agreed deliverables, or we can work on a time and materials basis within a call-off contract, giving the client control over when and how our input and expertise is to be used.

Alternatively, for all our services we are happy to agree a sharing of the returns, recognising both that your investment in us must produce clear business benefits and that we are confident of delivering them.
